I am a PhD student at the CMC lab, focusing on Dynamical system theory for neural data analysis and their impact on cognitive processes. In my research I employ a variety of computational models, including data-driven dynamical modeling, spiking neural networks, and machine learning algorithms.

  • I will be presenting my work at Cosyne 2026.
    I will present two contributions:
    1) “Unsupervised identification of behaviorally-relevant neural states with non-linear temporal embeddings” (first author) — Poster Session 3, #001.
    2) “Revealing task-relevant dynamics via decomposition of intrinsic and input-driven dynamics” (co-author) — Poster Session 1, #031.
  • I am honoured to present our latest findings at the 1st Workshop on Learning Dynamical System.
My presentation is titled “The geometry of thought: mapping brain states through dynamic similarity analysis”.
  • Our latest work is out: Fast dynamical similarity analysis.
The GitHub repository is available here: CMC-lab/fastDSA.
